        國(guó)家工商(shāng)行政管理(lǐ)总局商(shāng)标评审委员会依据《商(shāng)标法》、《商(shāng)标法实施条例》和《驰名商(shāng)标认定和保护规定》，经过评审，于2014年12月29日认定使用(yòng)在商(shāng)标注册用(yòng)商(shāng)品和服務(wù)國(guó)际分(fēn)类第12类摩托車(chē)商(shāng)品上的“五羊”、“WUYANG”注册商(shāng)标為(wèi)驰名商(shāng)标（商(shāng)评驰字【2014】112号）。

 

        在此，表示热烈祝贺。公司将一如既往按照《商(shāng)标法》的规定，做好商(shāng)标的使用(yòng)、维护工作，发挥驰名商(shāng)标的应有(yǒu)作用(yòng)。
